This is a supplement for Threats in the Country for The Between:

A manor house nestled on the coast of Cornwall. Porthconyn has been part of the Hargrave estate for a long forgotten number of years. Many hunters have spent summers here to hone crafts, conduct experiments, lead hunts, or simply get away from the chaos of the city. A handful have even chosen to retire to the manor house, lucky as they were to live to see their careers end. The granite mansion looms above the cliffs of the Celtic Sea. Ivy grows upon its cracked, windswept stones, threatening to return the estate to nature. Most days, the house is quiet, save for the ever present crashing of waves upon the shoreline. But an approaching carriage of guests promises trouble for the otherwise peaceful estate.

Porthconyn is a setting for Threats in the Country. This supplement includes characters and locations that can be used for any Threat set here. Additionally, this supplement comes with 3 Threats at Porthconyn and 11 Unscenes.

The Dragon Hunt Threat: The rumors are true. A dragon has been spotted in Cornwall. The hunters have a chance to etch their names in history by being the ones to kill it. But they're not the only ones interested in slaying the beast. Compete against other legendary hunters to be the one to take its head.

A Country Sojourn Threat: You find yourselves bruised and battered. Your head still rings; it’s likely a concussion. One of you woke up crying this morning. Another never slept at all. It’s time for a day off. This Threat lets the hunters explore a weekend of downtime with Custom Questions tailored to exploring something about their story. Do you even remember what it's like to take a day for yourself?

The Masquerade Menace Threat: As you approach the manor house, you can see it already in an uproar. A line of carriages are dropping off a collage of masked guests in fanciful attire. Music spills forth from the mansion’s ballroom as drunken party-goers dance in the windows of the great hall. A stench of vice fills the air. While Porthconyn is no stranger to parties, the debauchery here reeks of sinister intentions. Explore a lascivious party and take down its host: the Pierrot.
